Projektering af draften

Siden 2004 har Draftday.dk rangeret de bedste college spillere på alle positioner frem mod den kommende NFL Draft.

Vores NFL draft rankings har altid taget udgangspunkt i, hvor vi tror og forventer, at spillerne bliver valgt og ikke, hvor vi selv mener, at spillerne bør blive valgt.

Det valg traf vi allerede i forbindelse med dækningen af den første NFL Draft i 2004, og det har vi holdt fast i lige siden.

Selvom der i dag er masser af muligheder for selv at scoute spillere via Youtube, ESPN Gameplan osv., er der fortsat mange ubekendte faktorer.

For skader, personlighed og system spiller alt sammen ind på en spillers endelige placering på holdenes draft boards.

Samtidig har holdene ofte helt forskellige draft boards og måder at graduere og evaluere spillerne.

Så spiller A kan sagtens være et top 10-valg på flere holds draft board, mens samme spiller kan være helt ude af første runde på andres boards.

Det vi forsøger, er at give en så realistisk vurdering af, hvor en spiller bliver valgt.

Dermed bliver vores NFL draft rankings kan blive brugbare værktøjer for dig før, under og efter NFL-draften.

Sådan læser du vores NFL draft rankings

Vores NFL draft rankings bygger på et meget simpelt system, der indeholder et rundenummer og et bogstav til at differentiere inden for den enkelte runde.

Hvis en spiller får projekteringen 1A, 1B eller 1C, betyder det, at vi tror, at spilleren bliver valgt i første runde, og enten i den første (A), anden (B) eller tredje (C) del af runden.

De to første runder har hver 32 valg, og A og B dækker henholdsvis valgene 1-10 og 11-20, mens C dækker valgene 21-32.

I tredje runde – hvor der også er kompensationsvalg – dækker A og B fortsat valgene 1-10 og 11-20 i runden, mens C dækker de resterende valg.

I fjerde til syvende runde dækker A, B og C ca. hver en tredjedel af valgene.

Vores top 100 er rangeret vilkårligt efter position og spillerne er ikke rangeret i forhold til hinanden indenfor deres respektive position.
